Description It's show time with The Wiggles! The chart-topping Aussies star in Top of the Tots, singing and dancing on the bandstand in the hottest variety show in town! And they've invited Captain Feathersword, Henry the Octopus, Wags the Dog and Dorothy the Dinosaur to wiggle along as they meet a fireman, a dentist, an airline pilot and more! Brand-new show stopping music, endless energy and lots of enthusiastic wiggling - now, that's entertainment!
Amazon.com The Wiggles mount the bandstand to host their very own energy-filled, Australian variety show that spans the globe "via satellite." Seventeen catchy songs in varied styles like country-western, old-fashioned ballad, waltz, and "kid pop" feature the Wiggles and their faithful friends Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus, Captain Feathersword, the Wiggly Dancers, and a host of enthusiastic children. Interspersed between musical numbers are informative interviews of a real-life doctor, pilot, dentist, New York firefighter, and Australian Olympic gold medalist in swimming--with each interviewee describing the tools used in their particular profession and some specifics of how each individual accomplishes his or her duties. The costumes and staging are bright and fun and the energy and enthusiasm palpable in this 45-minute show that promises to inspire viewers age 1 to 6 to get up, wiggle, dance, and sing along. --Tami Horiuchi

Another good video November 3, 2008 This video didn't seem as good as the commercial. I have over 10 videos and this one is a 5/10. The songs are not a catchy and the dancing is ok. Its more like a tv show. "You make me feel like dancing" and "Pop goes the Wiggles" are 10/10 on my rating system for my 2 year old twin boys.
Great video for older toddlers. August 11, 2008 I love this video that came highly recommended. My son who is almost two isn't too interested in it, but I'm sure he will be soon enough. Very educational!
Great Video for Toddlers (and grownups) July 2, 2008 My 2 year old son loves this video and I have to admit, I do too. The songs are very catchy. We have heard the Wiggles but this is the first dvd we actually bought. We're here on Amazon picking out more now. The Wiggles are great!
We've had the video for a couple of days and my son has watched it over and over again. We have watched it so much that he already knows all the words to the songs. Central Park New York and Bow Wow Wow are so catchy that you'll catch yourself singing them during the day.
Songs include: Say Aah At the Doctors * Calling All Cows * The Bricklayers Song * Tick Tock (All Night Long) * Bow Wow Wow * Feeling Chirpy * Fly Through the Sky * Can You Dig It? * Picking Flowers * Knead Some Dough * I Wave My Arms and Swing My Baton * Cowboys and Cowgirls * Central Park New York * New York Firefighter * Open Wide Look Inside at the Dentist * Lettuce Sing (Fresh Fruit and Veggies) * Let's Go Swimming
Special features include: Making of Cold Spaghetti Western * Jukebox Song Selection * Photo Gallery
Highly recommend for your toddler or preschooler.
We love to wiggle! March 31, 2008 My 5 and 1 year olds love this DVD! There is plenty of music to entertain them. I only allow it once per day, so it doesn't drive me nuts, but it is great to keep my kids occupied so I can make dinner!!
Not what previews purported February 8, 2008 My 2 1/2 year old son likes most Wiggles videos but this is not his favorite. The previews make you believe this video will be about professions - while they do touch on several professions, they also did some other songs and talking that had nothing to do with that theme. Regardless, we love the Wiggles and all their amazing talent!
