| Editorial Reviews:
Album Description Have Another Ball is the unearthed A sides album by a fun quintet of guys having a ball! Rolling into the summer of 2008 with a dozen winning tunes to satisfy any and all Me First & The Gimme Gimme fans. This punk rock supergroup aka cover band formed in 1995. Drawn together by a mutual love of 1960s and 1970s music, the Gimme Gimmes work exclusively as a cover band. The guys are up to their old hijinks with the release of their seventh full length. In order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, Have a Ball, the GIMMES are releasing the second installment of recordings from the original session. The wildly popular Have a Ball was initially recorded as a double album, but the band decided that the two disc extravaganza might be too much rock for the uninitiated masses. Subsequently there is another album?s worth of material just waiting to be devoured by GIMMES fans, old and new.

They're back!!! July 11, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
After the mediocre "Ruin Jonny's Bar Mitzvah" and the slightly better "Love Their Country", I was starting to think that the Gimme Gimme's had lost their touch. I am happy to say that I was wrong because " Have Another Ball!" is a great CD. The only tracks that aren't good are the terrible "Sodomy" and the so-so "The Harder They Come". I only hope their next release is this good.
