Album Description
More than anything, Mitchie wants to spend her summer at a prestigious rock camp in order to pursue her dream of becoming a singer. Mitchie thinks her prayers are answered when her mother gets them jobs at the camp as cooks. Upon arriving at camp, Mitchie discovers the competition among the campers is tough both in the classroom, and for the attention of Shane - a teen pop star, and this summer's celebrity teacher. Shane (Joe Jonas)- who is seeking inspiration for his own music - overhears Mitchie singing, but never sees her face. I really like the soundtrack. When I first listened I was disappointed because I expected something ...else..lol now I listen to it most every day while I get ready for my day. Its a great inspiration and I feel good listening to it.

My ten year old daughter begged me for this ablum for her Birthday. I downloaded it and I must admit that I actually like this one. I find myself "dancing" around the house while doing my chores and find that it give me a "pep" in my step. All three of my daughter love these songs and sing them all the time esp. in the shower! (Where is Simon when you need him?)

Kids enjoy the music, especially since they've seen the movie. Kids enjoy signing along with CD. I also enjoy the music.
