A Must Have for PSB Fans! January 18, 2008 I purchased "Somewhere" to add to my collection and to support market awareness for the Boys in the U.S. I'm glad I did; it was worth it. The generous amount of behind-the-scenes clips on this DVD give enlightening insight into personal interactions between the artists. Seeing Chris smiling, laughing, and hearing him talk about himself is priceless. I own several of their DVDs but I think it's in this one where at the end of the show just after the curtain falls, Chris playfully drops his pants and gets a suprise when the curtain rises sooner than expected. An audio snippet from Chris' backstage interview was used later in one of their hits. See if you can find it! If you like the Boys, you'll love this DVD!
Why so short? September 10, 2007 I love the Pet shop boys and liked the concert. Faults-it was too short and also does not have some of their biggest hits. All in all though it was a good buy and a must for anyboy's PSB's collection.
GoOd, BuT NoT ThEiR BeSt... November 2, 2005 I have to admit I really love the Pet Shop Boys, I think their music is great and stuff; however, this concert would have been much easier to enjoy if the sound and picture quality had been improved! The sound quality is not bad but it's diffcult at times to hear Neil Tennant sing, and the picture quality seems unpolished.
The concert itself is good, I had never seen Neil interacting with the audience, he even shook hands with many of them! The music is really nice (you can't imagine how much I love "It's A Sin/I Will Survive" here!) Although there aren't many songs, you can enjoy this concert easily. The documentary is good (I would've liked Spanish or English subtitles, though). All in all, it's not their best performance, but it's good. Come to Peru, Pet Shop Boys! I'll pick you up at the airport!

another "somewhere" dvd??? September 5, 2004 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
i have no idea what "dol" is supposed to mean, but could this actually be "performance"?
"performance" was brilliant, released on vhs and discontinued years ago, finally being released on dvd in the uk on 09/27/04.
over the years, we on this side of the pond have been skrewed by missing out on adam ant's "antvideo" and dead or alive's "evolution/rip it up live", so i can only hope that "performance" might finally make it to R1/ntsc.
