This celebration of Beach Boys guiding light Brian Wilson, recorded in March 2001 at New York's Radio City Music Hall, may be the best tribute concert ever. Wilson himself appears toward the end of the 90-minute show; he's game, but after decades of mental problems, he's not what he once was. It's his admirers who take the event to another level. My wife insists on seeing Vince Gill's other worldly performance of "The Warmth of The Sun" every few months..now that I have surround sound..it is even better if that's possible. Forget Ricky Martin and forget Evan and Jaron (who are they anyway and why?) the rest of the disc is.... indeed a gift.

This Tribute to Brian Wilson is an awesome act of love and recognition by our rock and pop superstars as well as lovers of the Beach Boys sound. A must have addition for any Beach Boys enthusiast!

Excellent performances especially by Vince Gill, Elton John, and David Crosby. For anyone who is a Beach Boys fan or, more specifically, appreciates the accomplishments of Brian Wilson, this is a 'must own it' tribute concert. One that can be watched over and over again.

My favorite song on this DVD is "Love and Mercy". The lyrics are sentimental. The music is soothing. I bought the DVD because of this song
The other good thing about this DVD is you can turn the lyrics on. This helps me sing along the song mentioned above. I wish all the music DVD's have this feature.
