I have only owned this cd for a few days but played more than 5 times. The music is phenomenal. It has all the power for a great workout and a great mix of songs. You cannot stay unactive listening to it. This cd will make you get up and go. I highly recommend it!

Great hi energy music with a consistent beat and outstanding mixing. It also comes with two MP3 download tracks that are perfect for loading on iPod and MP3 players because there is no annoying skip between songs! No other fitness music seems to have this feature that is a great added value. Power Music knows what they are doing for this kind of music. No wonder... they have been the leader in making fitness music for group fitness instructors for 19 years.
