 Better than any book on the subject December 1, 2008
I am so glad I could find a DVD on Pregnancy with that much information and guidance. I love the booklet with the chapters so i am able to use this dvd as a book and watch the chapter that i want and skip the one i am not interested to watch. Bullet points brings also a lot of help. That was much more faster than reading any book, and i felt like i had several private consultations with so many childbirth expert. I highly recommend it.

The video has some really good information. It can get a little boring at times, however, as it is mostly just a person talking into the camera. There is no background melody or anything throughout so the straight verbal audio can be difficult to focus on sometimes, but the information they provide is valuable. Some of the people repeat what was said by someone else occasionally so it can be repetitive at times.
